Work in Progress. (Week 1)
It’s that time to get that summer body I’ve been always telling myself to do and lately I tooken the opportunity to be at the gym nearly 3-4x’s a week to stay in shape and on track and now I am creating a checkup to see how far I progressed. So far, I’ve lost that belly due to my excessive eating habit back in the day, and I’ve been going on this ridicoulous diet I’ve created for myself which is; I know I can eat more but I shouldn’t lol. On top of that I’ve been doing alot of abdominal, biceps/triceps and chest workout. Every week I’m going to post up a pic of my progress hoping to see some changes if not, I gotta up my routine.
