Goal Improvement.


So lately I’ve been going to the gym and becoming a health freak.  So now I decided to make some more adds and changes for my goals and resolutions.  I already feel like I accomplished so much already but theres so much to do and this is going to take up alot of time. 

Goals:

  • Subway + Jamba Juice Diet / A substitute to my meals
  • Yoga Class (Every Mon?) / A way to release stress, tension and gain relaxation
  • Hip Hop/24 Dance? Class (Thurs) / Getting back to some o’l roots.
  • House Dancing / A type of dance i’ve been gaining interest in.
  • Quit Soda + Junk Food / Results are so far good, substituting sodas with water and juice
  • Fruits and Veggies / Starting to love them lol.
  • Weight Training / Get lean and cut.
  • Running / Lilian already got me adapted to this habit

Just for the record, I am currently 155-165lbs, so I need to get rid of some body fat and gain muscle mass.  Here goes my diet!
